Our Loan Management System (LMS), based on Odoo, is a professional software solution for managing loans, collateral, leasing, factoring, and debt collection. It supports a wide range of credit operations, including co-borrowers and collateral management.

  • Administrative module: Access management, cash operations, and system settings. Templates for SMS/email and a database of internal procedures and documents.
  • Client module: Registration of individuals and legal entities, tracking of history and roles such as borrower, guarantor, co-borrower, etc.
  • Credit configuration module: Defining credit products with individual parameters, complete repayment plans, promotional conditions, and fees.
  • Credit application module: Application processing, status tracking, document generation, filtering, etc.
  • Credit module: Activation and tracking of loans, cash flows, customer relationships, and associated loans.
  • Cash Module: Processing of payments and settlements – in the office or via bank. Includes a pre-set order of payments and options for full and partial early repayment.
